The Logistics Support Analysis is an essential activity to be carried out by our ILS pole which allows a synchronization and coherence of the work between the design office and the different departments of the after-sales department (documentation, training, etc.).
To meet the challenges of performance and speed during preventive or curative maintenance, Arquus has developed its own diagnostic tool, generic and dedicated for technical intervention LRU (NTI1).
To provide operational support to our customers throughout the life cycle of their vehicle fleet (through-life support), we offer a services pack called TRUST (“Tailored Reactive User SupporT”). It has three levels of service
ASSISTED TELEDIAGNOSIS OF CONNECTED GLASSES
Telediag connects, via connected glasses, our technical experts with customer technicians or approved workshops. This solution allows to answer technical questions, help diagnose breakdowns that are more complex and thus quickly provide the appropriate response to the customer.
VIRTUAL REALITY TRAINING
Arquus engages new technologies to train in maintenance, using virtual reality. In a fully immersive 3D virtual mode and on a full scale, the learner/team can train on maintenance without having to stop a vehicle. Physical means are thus only used to validate the skills acquired.
