ARQUUS has been awarded 77 points on the workplace gender equality index for 2020. This is an increase of 5 points from the 2019 index (72/100).
The aim of this indicator is to eliminate gender inequality in the workplace. It is calculated based on 5 criteria :
- The gap in the distribution of individual pay increases
- The gender pay gap
- The difference in promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees),
- The number of employees earning a rise upon returning from maternity leave
- Parity among the ten highest earners.
At the heart of a heavily industrialised environment, ARQUUS shows that it is possible to have a company policy in favour of gender equality.
