Arquus to participate in the Dakar International Peace and Security Forum

On November 5 and 6, 2018, Arquus will be attending the Dakar International Peace and Security Forum in Senegal to present its land mobility solutions and contribute to discussions on strengthening security in the region.

Arquus will be presenting the Trigger, a rugged pick-up for troop transport and logistics missions.

During the Dakar International Peace and Security Forum, Arquus will be presenting its internal security and special forces vehicles, starting with the Trigger, a rugged pick-up for troop transport and logistics missions. The vehicle’s highly appreciated ruggedness and endurance put it a cut above the pick-ups already present on the African continent.

Arquus will also be showcasing its range of in-service vehicle support solutions which are vital for the armed forces in high-risk operations areas such as the Sahel. The offering is mainly based on remote support and training, to guarantee quick response times and operational availability.

A close partnership with the G5 Sahel

Arquus is a major partner of the G5 Sahel, an institutional regional cooperation framework for development and security policies which includes Mauritania, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and Chad. As part of the partnership, Arquus provides the G5 forces with Bastion vehicles, which are particularly efficient in the combat against terrorism.
