Arquus’ commitment for professional equality

The decree of 8 January 2019, issued in accordance with the « Avenir professionnel » (“Professional Future”) law, aims at promoting diversity and equal opportunity at work. The decree has all companies calculate and disclose their equality score, which is based on five criteria for a total of 100 points.

Within Arquus, the professional equality score for 2019 is 72 out of 100. At the heart of the industrial sector, this score is the result of a continued and committed policy, both on diversity and equal opportunity. Arquus is fully committed to pursuing even more equality at work in the years to come.
