The Patsas is a light, open-bodied armored vehicle especially designed for Special Forces. A variant of the Bastion, it belongs to a modular range of 12-tonne armored vehicles. Its chassis, which originates from the VLRA 4x4, combines tactical mobility, robustness and simplified maintenance.
The Patsas’ armored hull offers a great protection for the crew and the powerpack against all ballistic aggressions, mines and IED.
Selected by various Special Forces worldwide, the Patsas is also used – as well as its closed-body (APC) version – by many countries in Africa and the Middle East for their peacekeeping, reconnaissance and combat missions.
