ARQUUS has specifically been tasked with supplying the drivelines for these two vehicles, i.e. all of the vehicle mobility components. The Griffon and Jaguar are in particular equipped with 6x6 driveline platforms, providing the vehicles with a very high level of mobility on all terrains, in accordance with the specifications defined by the DGA. The Jaguar will thus be capable as a platform for the Leclerc tank or the VBCI in order to provide them with a support and manoeuvring capability in all areas of engagement.
ARQUUS has also been entrusted with designing and supplying the remotely operated defence systems for the Scorpion programme, referred to as common components.
The remotely operated turrets for the Scorpion programme benefit from the most modern technology: Full HD digital imaging system, expanded connectivity through digitalisation or the sharing of tactical situations in augmented reality directly on the gunner's screen. This technical mastery places the remote-operated turrets at the heart of collaborative combat.
At the heart of the support for the Scorpion programme vehicles, ARQUUS will provide all of the logistics for replacement components and parts for Griffon and Jaguar vehicles, thanks to its logistics platform at Garchizy in the Nièvre department. The 20,000 m2 platform, implemented between 2016 and 2018 will supply all Scorpion programme industrial and governmental partners within a very short lead time.
It thus guarantees the operational technical availability of all Griffon and Jaguar vehicles to the Army under all circumstances, thanks to the contractually demanding delivery lead times.
