Equality in the workplace at the heart of ARQUUS' HR policy

Paying special attention to gender equality, ARQUUS is committed to ensuring strict equality between men and women in terms of both promotion and career progress.

ARQUUS has been awarded 77 points on the workplace gender equality index for 2020. This is an increase of 5 points from the 2019 index (72/100).

The aim of this indicator is to eliminate gender inequality in the workplace. It is calculated based on 5 criteria :

  • The gap in the distribution of individual pay increases
  • The gender pay gap
  • The difference in promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees),
  • The number of employees earning a rise upon returning from maternity leave
  • Parity among the ten highest earners.

At the heart of a heavily industrialised environment, ARQUUS shows that it is possible to have a company policy in favour of gender equality.
