ARQUUS becomes a partners of the Army Rugby Club

On 17 February 2020, ARQUUS brought its support to the Army Rugby Club by becoming a partner. With its close connections to the values instilled in the game of rugby, ARQUUS is proud to play a role in promoting this successful team.

Par l’intermédiaire de ce partenariat, ARQUUS apporte son soutien, à la promotion et au développement de la pratique du rugby au sein de l’équipe de rugby à sept d’ARQUUS.

Through this partnership, ARQUUS lends its support to the promotion and development of rugby in the ARQUUS rugby sevens team.

The Army Rugby Club (RCAT) has actively pursued a policy of promotion and development within the armed forces for a number of years. Founded in 2003, the Army Rugby League team has brought together the best players, sharing the values of team spirit and discipline, promoted alongside both individual and collective excellence.

The Army rugby team takes part in many national and international events across the length of the year with the aim of promoting rugby.

Among these well-known events, special mention should be made of the military grudge match, pitching it against the British Army Club, against which the French boys briefly held on to a 20:7 lead on 14 February. They also played in the French military championship, pitching the four armed forces of the Air Force, the National Marine, the National Police and the Army against one another.

The ARQUUS rugby sevens team can look forward to experiencing four annual training events organised by the French Army Club.
