In accordance with the law for the freedom to choose one's professional future of September 5, 2018, Arquus has calculated its professional equality index based on 5 indicators:
- The gap in the distribution of individual pay increases
- The gender pay gap
- The difference in promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees),
- The number of employees earning a rise upon returning from maternity leave
- Parity among the ten highest earners
All companies with at least 50 employees are affected by the obligation to calculate and transmit this index.
