EQUALITY INDEX M/F UP IN 2021

ARQUUS scores 82 points on the index of professional equality between men and women in 2021. A 5 point progression compared to the 2020 Index. 

The aim of this indicator is to eliminate gender inequality in the workplace. It is calculated based on 5 criteria :

  • The gap in the distribution of individual pay increases
  • The gender pay gap
  • The difference in promotions (only in companies with more than 250 employees),
  • The number of employees earning a rise upon returning from maternity leave
  • Parity among the ten highest earners
