Arquus will be participating again in the summer school held by French business confederation MEDEF at the HEC campus in Jouy-en-Josas on August 28 and 29. In keeping with the main theme of the 20th edition of MEDEF’s annual conference
(“France in 20 years’ time”), Arquus will reassert its commitment to the development of advanced technologies.
In 2017, we presented the Electer Demonstrator, illustrating the compatibility of the hybrid technology with the use of armored reconnaissance vehicles. This year, once again, we will be at the cutting edge of innovation with the presentation of the Dagger remote-operated liaison vehicle on our outdoor stand.
Projection of the film Innovation is not an option but an obligation
Arquus, an expert on high mobility, protection and systems integration, will also present the main themes of reflection that guide us in the field of innovation. Our video “Innovation is not an option but an obligation” will be shown in the summer school’s innovation area and R&D Manager, François Deloumeau will present the main lines of reflection developed by our Group, from systems architecture and survivability during operations to automation.
It will provide the opportunity to discover our R&D strategy, dedicated to future use by the army, based on four main objectives:
- design and develop reconnaissance, intelligence, logistics and contact vehicles,
- develop and qualify solutions to provide protection against the evolving threats posed by theaters of operations,
- incorporate increasingly complex tactical systems in the fields of command, communication and observation,
- adapt and disseminate vehicle fleet support solutions using innovative tight-security information technologies.
