The Principle

THE TECHNICIAN :

  • Transmits instantly to the range expert what he sees through the connected telescope or the use of an endoscopic camera
  • Communicate to the technical expert all measurements (electric)
  • Based on the data transmitted by the expert (diagram, technical documentation, videos, etc.) via a mini tablet on the wrist to carry out the diagnosis
  • Have the actions carried out validated step by step (coaching)

ARQUUS’ TECHNICAL EXPERT :

  • Performs remote expertise
  • Guides the maintainer step by step in his diagnosis (on methodology and gestures)
  • Takes remote control of the diagnosis tool
